|
I've always "worked out" but after going to my first show, I really liked what the women looked like and I was drawn to the dedication and the total life style change.

About 1.5 hours of lifting at the gym |

When I'm not training, I chill out with my hubby, my dog, my movies, & my text messaging addiction! |

I like pretty much everything I like the Dave Matthews Band a lot |

Healthy? Or "real food"? Its boring but I like a good piece of chicken! "Real food".I love any sugary cereal and any type of candy |

| What makes a great man/woman? |
I think its the same for a guy and a girl...I am usually drawn to the type of people who are who they are and you can take them or leave them….people who are confident with who they are. Honesty is important and so is trust. The kind of person who wants to learn more about you, the kind of person who just by being around them makes you want to be a better person. |

| Thoughts about Chicago cab drivers? |
Driving is not a good topic with me! People need to just move out of the way when I am on the road! I suffer from a bit of road rage! |
| What do want to say to your fans ? |
I would say that I've learned that there are many ups and downs in this journey to "body perfection" and you have to be mentally strong as well as physically. There are going to be people who just don't understand why you do what you do...you just have to keep your eyes on your goal and continue to work towards what you want. |
| Where do you want to take this? |
At this point I am just wanting to accomplish getting on stage and not freaking out. |
